It is with great sadness that the European Volleyball family has learned of the premature death of the Cyprus Volleyball Association President, Dr Michael Krashias, who passed away earlier this morning at his home in Nicosia.
Mr Krashias fought bravely for the past 14 months against his illness. A ceremony to pay respect to him as well as to provide the opportunity for a last farewell will be taking place this coming Thursday, June 22. All members of the European Volleyball community wish to extend heartfelt condolences to Dr Krashias’s family and friends at this very difficult time. May he rest in peace.
